The Northumberland Coast Path follows this stunningly beautiful coastline for 100 kilometres (62 Miles) from Cresswell in the south to Berwick-upon-Tweed in the north. Alongside sandy beaches, over rocky headlands, past dramatic castles and through attractive coastal villages, the Northumberland Coast Path offers a constantly changing landscape which is a pleasure to explore.

Stage 3 –Craster to Seahouses (11.0 miles)

Starting from the beautiful fishing village of Craster.  We head north along the coast with Dunstanburgh Castle ahead of us Video (3:00), dating back to the 14th Century.  Passing the castle on our right, and continuing north the views across Embleton Bay are ones to admired.  As we continue north passing the Embelton Golf Course fairway (Video 4:45), then reaching the Newton Dunes we are met with some amazing views (Video 5:40).  Further through the dunes we pass the Newton Pool Nature Reserve (Video 6:30) before reaching Newton by the Sea (Video 7:30).

Leaving Newton by the Sea we take the signed headland path on our way to Beadnell (Video 9:15), where we have options to follow the signed path through the dunes, or along the magnificent beach.  The final stage of our walk takes us along the dunes, once again on our way to the bustling fishing village of Seahouses (Video 11:00), and the conclusion of this stage of the Northumberland Coast Path.
