Stage 4 –Seahouses to Belford (11.0 miles)
Starting from the fishing village of Seahouses. We leave the village opposite the harbour (Video 01:40) and head up the path (Video 02:10), before heading over the fields (Video 03:10). There is a very enjoyable walk over the fields with great views of Seahouses, the Farne Islands and dunes as well as Bamburgh Castle, along the way (Video 3:30). Arriving at Bamburgh there is plenty to investigate, the Castle as well as the village and not forgetting Grace Darling Museum and St Aiden’s Parish Church (Video 05:40 to 07:05).
Leaving Bamburgh via The Wynding (Video 07:00), and head up towards the golf club with some spectacular views across Bamburgh beach on the way. At the golf club we follow the path leading us to the dunes and view north (Video 08:40). Pulling back inland we start to cross the fields (Video 10:22), on our way to Warren Mill Caravan Park, where we walk through the woods (Video 11:30) and onwards across the fields, eventually crossing the main east coast rail line and the A1 (Video 11:30), before ending our walk in Belford (Video 14:00)
